There is a lot to see in Longsheng. At Longji, you can visit Ping'an Zhuang Village, Longji old village, and Huangluo Yao Village, as well as the rice terraces. Besides, you can go further to Jinkeng to see more rice terraces and Yao villages nestled in the mountains.

Alternatively, you can also visit Longsheng town and hot spring resort, 32 km north of Longsheng town. If you have more time, your trip in Longsheng can be extended to some remote villages like Diling, Baozeng, etc. They all are untouristy places, good for you to feel the lifestyle of Dong people. Especially during festivals, villagers get together holding a gala and show their traditional customs.
