The local famous dishes include Beer fish, Stir Fried Water Snails, Pomelo Skin stuffed with Pork and Mushroom, etc. Local people like spicy food. There’re not only Chinese cuisines available, but also western food at downtown of Yangshuo. Pubs and bars appear every 10 meters on West Street.
Other specialty fruits are pomelo, kumquat, tangerine, dried persimmon, etc.
