Lisha Restaurant’s preparation of dishes is from the traditional Guilin School of Cuisine. The dishes are known for their delicate flavors, tender without being greasy. Famous dishes include steamed mandarin fish from the Lijiang River (Qingzheng Lijiang Yu), braised water chestnuts with bamboo rat, red-cooked pangolin, Guilin-style fried taro roots, braised pork with litchi and taro, and roast suckling pig.
